I have a small wrist at 175mm - not as small as some, but not large. For me fits comfortably and looks just fine. My wife has a very tiny writs at 150mm and tried it on - she now wants the Ultra too (battery, screen, etc.). Looks good on her. If you like it - great, if not no problem.

If The skin gets a little red in a certain area as well as a little itchy. The sports loop doesn’t get that way. LOVE LOVE LOVE the bigger size. Just got my AppleWatch5 44mm aluminum. This is the band that came with it--silicone. Used the small/med option of the two provided.
